It can be quite overwhelming dealing with authorities, builders and trades people to make sure everything goes to plan.

As an additional service, I offer to act as an agent for my clients to follow up on their behalf with periodical building site checks.

I will make sure your home is constructed as intended in the design documentation, and built to the best standards.

This service is additional to the basic mandatory inspections by engineers and building surveyors that focus on Building Code compliance.
