Located in a shopping centre south of Hobart this Japanese micro-eatery was designed to suit a tight business budget.
Design Challenges
The original design featured a warm plywood clad exterior of the sushi kiosk with some original branding ideas. Environmental health regulations demanded a costly fan extraction system, therefore the final design was adjusted to a more simplified version to get the project back on budget.
