What a brilliant idea! Growing and serving organic food under the same glass roof.

This hospitality project in Seven Mile Beach with it’s intriguing artisan business concept offers endless opportunities for plant propagation, food catering and events. The framework of the building uses European greenhouse modules to create a huge and flexible interior space. This contains three interior timber modules, a commercial kitchen, a gardening shed and an office cubicle. The project has received council approval, but is for the time being on hold. I am hoping to see this entrepreneurial business up and running soon and to have some crunchy organic food delivered straight from the plot to the plate.
